image/slideshow always on top overlay for win?

hi im looking for help in finding a way that will let me display a transperent image/slideshow always on top overlay that will display on top of every window i use 
hopefully something that even activates when i turn on the pc automatically
any suggestions?

hi nothing seems to work right
some have their download expired,some just doesnt go transperent and or other things
please help

ghost it work on basis of a window so if i open the window with ghost it i will see the edges of the window too

the ideal idea im trying to find an answer to is that the whole picture will cover the whole screen and will be transparent and just be an overlay on top of every windows and on top of the desktop too

Looking for an "ideal" solution becomes pointless as soon as you get the functionality you need to get the work done.

Ghost-it does the transparency part - from there all you have to do is to look for a borderless picture viewer, there are plenty.

Kuadro does most of this, if you use a PNG with transparency. However it does add small resize icons in the corners.

the problem with ghost it is that id doesnt keep it on top of everything in example when i use win key+ D to go to the desktop it is gone

hi thank you very much currently that is my best solution so far not perfect because i have to click 1000 times on lower opacity so if you know a better way maybe with keys to use it more efficiently it would help me alot because using the keys as in explain in the "about" page did not work for me(maybe i did it wrong idk)
