Maya UV unwrapping and reverting

Hi guys,

So I've made a bit of an error with unwrapping some UV's for a horse model I've created.
I'm not sure where it happened, but it looks like the head has been unfolded when I didn't intend it to be. Perhaps I accidentally had it selected and wasn't paying enough attention to it.

My question is, is there any way I can revert or get the head back in there all fresh and new without having to redo the entire UV's?
I am a newbie, so if anyone knows the solution, I'd really appreciate a thorough explanation!

Cheers :)

If you still have it in your undo stack, there's that (super unlikely at this point i'm guessing). Or if you are using incremental saves. The only other way is if you had made a duplicate model with the head uvs you want to use- from there you'd use Transfer Attributes to copy the layout across.
