I think you need to work on timing, spacing, weight, solid arcs and posing
I would suggest taking a step back and doing very small exercises to focus on each of the 12 principles. Maybe do a bouncing ball to get a feel for timing and spacing, the simpler the better. If you really want to continue with these current anims at this time I would focus all of your efforts on making really good poses in stepped mode.
