Hi Everyone,
I’m am currently a games art student in my second year of university, Looking to get feedback on my work.
I’m currently working on a Dwarven Furnace, based on concept art from Warhammer Online.
Here is the blockout of the scene in 3DS Max.
Here is what it looks like in UE4.
I’m aiming to try and make the majority of my materials in Substance Designer.

I spent some time in substance designer creating the materials for the scene, here is the cobblestone and brick material i made.

This the the progress i have made in my scene for far, any feedback would be appreciated.
For the model, there seems to be a lot of hard edges. I don't know how worried you are about the poycount, but it seems to me like beveling some of the edges would make the mesh look a lot smoother. You might also look into vertex painting to get some dirt on those bricks. Great work!
All my corners have a slight chamfer to them but I may increase the chamfer for a softer effect. I was going to vertex paint soot texture onto the bricks similar to the rest of the model.
I have finished the scene any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
