Hey everyone,
This is my first Polycount thread so please bare with me.
My name is Zack and I'm a student at Teesside University. I'm currently working on my final year project. I have 3 months to complete this project, at the time of posting this I have 5 weeks are remaining.
The project is a 3D recreation of a room within the Kinlochmoidart house in the Scottish highlands. It is for the Unreal Engine 4 and is game ready.
I am posting on here because I am currently at a stage where its at a certain level of polish, but I want to push it much further in these next 5 weeks and really prioritise detail to where it needs to be.
I aspire to get the same level of detail as Joel Zakrissons awesome
Mansion Hall but who wouldn't
It's a big inspiration of mine.
So i'm asking you guys for some feedback on this piece, and if you could give me some direction on where I should take it from here.
Thank you for you time.
So here is what I plan to complete.
- Adding lots of smaller assets to breath life into the scene.
- Texture variation and pealing wallpaper.
- Vertex paint dirt and grunge
- Revisit some older assets
- Add wear on the rugs
