Material looks completely different in Painter than it does in Designer

Designer? All fine and dandy, some subtle bends, subtle scratches, generally speaking a nice worn-out metal material.

Painter? This abomination.

Is it the preview in Designer not updating, and my material really looks like that? Or is it Painter that does weird, weird stuff to the materials I import?

Turns out it was an issue with the material preview in Designer not updating. Still, I'm attaching both *.sbs and *.sbsar files.
