Zbrush Tablet Pressure Curve

I've been working with Zbrush for a couple months now and have been recently reworking and toying with preferences and settings to customize the software to my liking. Every time I see a tutorial or a speed paint it seems as though people have different settings that work well for them in terms of tablet pressure settings. My question is what is either the most common "curve" for Brush > Tablet Pressure > Z Intensity or the setting that works best for you and why? Of course I'll be trying my own to see what I like but I just want to start with some suggestions.
