Cpu for my new gtx 750 ti ?

Hello,
I work on 3dsmax, zbrush and in near futur, substance painter, I make just assets for a game so i think i don't really need the last hardware in the market.
Here is my config:
CPU: Q6600
Ram: 8GB
Motherboard: P5K-E (LGA775)
GPU: gtx 750 ti in few days...

Yes it's old but I just buyed a gtx 750 ti and now i think my current cpu is not enough for the new card (and others composants too?)
I have really small budget (for now) and I think the Q9550 will be fine for sustain my new card ?

But if this  make no difference or very very slighty difference,  i will wait and buy a better cpu but again i work on small assets i don't need last hardware ...

Your Q6600 should be fine. If I were you I'd rather spend the money on an additional 8GB of ram.

Ok it's a nice new for me Are you really sure my motherboard P5K-E (LGA775) support more than 8GB because according to this site:

I quote: "Max Supported Size8 GB"
It's strange because i can see i can put 2 extra RAM modules on my motherboard !

And what kind of Ram ddr2 can i have?

I believe this is the max size of a single ram module, but don't quote me on that, I would do more research to make sure it does support more than 8GB total before buying if I were you.
