Hey so I've been putting off getting critique for a very long time because I'm a pansy but I'm trying to get past that so I can improve. Super appreciate any critique you have, thank you!

I'd say the quality of the texture work on the clothes is on par with the game, so good job on that.
The hair needs more love though, especially on the redhead. There is a subtle hue shift in the bravely default hair.
Notice how the hue changes in the shadows and toward the tips of the hair.
And this might just be a personal preference but I'd make the hands just a little bigger.
