first the circle in the Her face and I dont know how to move it
second how can I use it right (i see a Instructions in youtube and theexplanation is now so good)/

A couple things.
1) Put the program name in your subject line, along with a bit more info. For example:
Maya 2016: relax tool instructions?

2) If you embed the images here, you'll get more responses.

3) Crop the images to just the important part. We don't need to see all the UI.
4) Difficult to see the difference between the two images. Circle the error, or make an arrow pointing to it.

He was having some problems using the tool and adjusting the brush size. I showed him how to adjust the brush size with the "B" key and that he needed to be in object mode when the tool is active.
