How to talk in english effectively ?

Hi guys.
Just wondering if effectively speaking english is a big concern for game dev companies?
Cause i am from pakistan and english is not a mother language in our country. So is it a disadvantage for me? and if it is then how should i increase my conversation skills?

You seem to know plenty of English already, unless you're just using Google Translate.

No its not like that. I mean I can not speak English efficiently face to face with another person

From experience, if your broken English can still communicate ideas, at msot you're risking annoyance from the receiving party, but that's about it.

We have an original Korean guy on our team who, while his English is somewhat broken like my father's, I can understand the concepts and ideas he's communicating.
