Hey guys, what are ways you think one can make online education cheaper but profitable. My thoughts are going along the lines of this.
Geared towards 3d character artists
Online school of some sort
Monthly subscription fee
Program and levels- with assignments
So for example basics of anatomy series
Then you upgrade to the next level
(with more advanced levels exploring posed models, action etc)
Key point is everyone is given the same thing to work on.
I guess the most important is professional feedback.
We would have different certificates that outline the level of each student, with higher level students taking on the lower levels as mentee's spreading the workload for the more professional people. Everyone sculpts the same thing, at least for the school material. Aim is to create a guild like atmosphere, where people can invest in longer term training. Rather than maybe the 10-week course here and there.
Any other ideas? or improvements?
