Last week I was having lunch in a cafe when I saw this little side table. "This is a perfect object for a small project to try and make a low res version of this" I thought and snapped a few reference pictures. And here is the result.
Highres and lowres modeled in Modo, the highres tiles were sculpted in Zbrush. Baking of the maps was done in Substance Designer. I made a wood material and a tile material in Substance Designer where with the tile material you can change the colors of the red and the yellow and change the amount of the pebbles in the tiles. The rest of the texturing work was done in Substance Painter. The lowres object has 552 vertexes (without UV slpits) and three 1K maps (color, normal, occl-rough-metal). Let me know what you think.
