I've been trying to bake a curved surface with no crazy geometry and for some reason I'm picking up this artifact. I've replaced the high poly mesh. I've checked the UVs. I've replaced the polygon. I've baked with low to low and the artifact doesn't pop up. Only high to low. No matter how little I change, this artifact gets in my way of moving forward. I've checked that vertices, edges, polygons all match up well enough not cause this eyesore.

Please also attach some screenshots of your UVs in painter, what the low-poly looks like, the high-poly too, etc.
It's impossible to guess anything with only the information you provided.
It could be a mix of specific geometry and your GPU that make the baker ouput wrong results.
