As part of one of my modules for University I am currently working on creating a Triarch Stalker from Warhammer 40k. So far I have created the high and low poly, and I am currently trying to sort out the baking situation for normal maps etc. I've been using the OpenSubDiv modifier in 3DS Max and crease sets, as this is a new workflow to what I usually would do I have been learning what to do and what not to do at the same time as creating the model.
Any feedback on anything is welcome!

There are several interchangeable parts, (not seen above), that alter the tri count of the Stalker. In its state above the Stalker is 63,974 tris.
