First job offer, need some help.

Hi all,

I'm a student and I got my first job offer as a 3D Artist, which is really great. I've been offered a contract but I need a little help. Because I'm not sure wheter to agree with the terms in the contract. Could someone hit me up with a PM who's got a bit of experience with contracts. Cant really say too much about the project itself.
It would really help me to make the right decision.

If you could say what country it may be a bit easier for people to reach out. Labor laws per country (even state in the U.S) can be very different.
