o Ability to create quality work within deadlines.
o Ability to adapt quickly to new tools & technologies
o High poly and low poly modeling in 3D studio Max
o Sculpting in Zbrush, texturing in Photoshop, 3D coat
o Open-minded and receptive to feedback
o Able to work in team or alone
o Flexible to the demands and art direction
o Willing to take responsibilities
