As the title says,
I am curious if 3D sculpting is rather considered as an addition to modelling skills in the game/movie industries.
I'm working mostly on 2D character designs turning them into 3D sculptures and that would be my dream job to work this way
Modelling is way too harder to learn (retopology, UV's) so my primary goal is just to bring 2D characters into life when making them in 3D for still images.
What are your thoughts? Do you think that a sculptor should know such skills as modelling?
