I want to add some grunge to this floor texture so that it collects in the grooves and cracks, but I have tried a lot of the smart masks and they either don't work at all or aren't effected by the baked maps. Is there anything I'm doing wrong here?
Your bakes seem to be wrong. Your curvature is green while it should be greyscale and your world space normal is fully green too which doesn't seem right. Your AO map also looks way too dark. The smart masks are based on these bakes so they will likely not work properly.
Sorry for the late reply, I've been tackling it again with some better results. Most of the maps above are rendered in xNormal, but I have separated the mesh and re-baked it in Painter 2 with some better results...
Apart from the Curvature, which looks pretty gnarly.
Also it doesn't seem to want to bake ID maps any more, I've attached the log in the post.
