Problem with glass/opacity in Substance

So I have a car with a glass, in maya all edges are smoothed, but in painter (render) they aren't: 






Also, everything behind glass is hard-edge too, for some reason, while in maya it has correct smoothing groups.

The second problem is that part of the mesh behind glass is just disappearing for no reason:
