Transpose Master does nothing??

Hey guys, I'm trying to use the transpose master plugin, i click Tpose mesh and pretty much nothing happens, i do believe that my subtools are at their lowest subdivision already and i know for sure that they are all named differently. I really dont know why its not working, anyone could help me out?

Wow thanks for the link, i read through and could'nt find out how to delite the old model from the project.... but i went to send a screenshot to a friend to show him what was wrong and accidentaly clicked the button and it worked. Dude 3D is so strange... XD
