Zbrush crashes when using morph brush.

I have this subtool and when I try to use the morph brush zbrush saves the file to disk and crashes. Does Anyone have any idea why this happens it only happens on this subtool. the tool has 6 mil polys and 3 sdvis.

hard to say with only this info but  does it crashes Zbrush if you delete the lower subD ?

I had a similar issue, I had part of the mesh hidden and that seemed to be the reason for me. I assume it's something to do with the stored morph target and hidden mesh fighting.

No idea what it was but it a few days later it just worked think @RustyBeard is right.
