[Modular Assets] Should I create single sided or double sided geometry?

Yes, the answer is obviously dependent on what the end goal for the scene is. My question is really "what would you rather work with as a level designer or environment artist?".  Would you rather use wall pieces that were just planes, or would you rather have the flexibility of a wall with thickness, and a texture on both sides.  Alternatively, would you rather a combination of both? Really curious what you guys think!
