Hi
So i made a model, its a truck, i rigged it, and well its pretty much done.
The rigging is just 7 joints, 6 wheels and 1 root, no animations since unreal is gonna do that for me.
Problem is, when i export the model with fbx. the file get very small. it should be like 20mb, but is 300kb.
When i open it in unreal, it says it couldn't open it.
"LogAssetTools:Warning: Failed to import 'M://Truck/Exported/Butt6.fbx'. Failed to create asset '/Game/ThirdPersonBP/Mesh/Truck/Butt6'.
Please see Output Log for details."
And that was the output logs details. Nothing else. the model doesn't even appear in unreal.
SOO, its from maya to fbx the issue is located.
Its like it does not wanna export the skinned geometry in the fbx.
Any ideas on this subject would be great!
