16Bit Streethawk

Hello,

16bit Streethawk is a short animation project I created in my spare time in just over 3 months.

Its really combining two things from the past that I liked - the Streethawk tv show and the look of videogames on 16bit systems such as the Amiga. So hopefully you get a nostalgia hit from watching it.

Modelled and  animated in maya, the sequence is a shot for shot re-creation of the opening pilot episode. After effects was used for colour grading and various effects.

the curves feel real linear, ruins any sense of action cos it feels slow and robotic - wants an iteration there and it'll feel much nicer.
