One thing I have done in the past is use https://www.changedetection.com/ and set up a monitor for someone's Replies page. This sends me an email whenever it detects a sizeable change. So if that person makes a new reply, I get an email.
For example. None of the latest changes sent me an email, because there's a <1% change. But if you go to page 4, I got an email on the 23rd for that one with all the yellow. I'm monitoring this user because it's a duplicate account by a previously-banned user, who seems to have learned their lesson, but you never know.

Not available as of yet. We've asked for this feature, kind of the opposite of Ignore. I'll let everyone know if it becomes available.
