Female sculpting

Hello, i just start sculpting human figure,I want to ask some questions about it i am making my female model in Dynamesh,
First, how to final my model like if i want to complete all my sculpting, can i do it in dynamesh or zremesher is the best option i dont want low poly so retopo is out of the question btw i dont know how to do retopo like right now so.
this is my model tell me i am doing ok or ............hand and foot are not yet made
my model underarm is not looking good when i apply dynamesh in my model after sculpting some area btw my dynamesh resolution is 168. here is the image.......
and what is difference between dynamesh or zremesher like which one is good if i want to do sculpting in zbrush.
