Solved: How can I deactivate my DDO/NDO license?

all of a sudden I can't use Quixel Suite anymore. I tried to deactivate my license to reactivate it but this only worked for NDO but not for DDO because I activated DDO with the offline method. The instruction to deactivate it "Under File > Licensing, click "Deactivate License" doesn't work. I can't click on "Deactivate License" or at least nothing happens.
I also got a mail from Quixel with a button to deactivate my license but I can't click this one either.
How can I deactivate my license to successfully activate it again?
