Hey hey hey,
Very new to the 3d modeling world. I work as a dev in the games industry, and I do a bit of illustation freelance on the side. Trying to make a move towards the tech art dept, so I've got some serious skilling up to do

Quick 3d model from the weekend - my first swing at modelling a character to relative completion:

Rendered it out in Unity because I didn't know how to add edge detection in Maya :P But, modeled, unwrapped, and textured. Massive problems with all three steps, but I learned a ton. I now know what a bad UV unwrap looks like at least. Onwards and upwards though!
