My First Ever hand painted Texture- Stone floor

Hey Guys, I'm very new to hand painted textures and since I'm am not very good at it, I thought I'd better start practising!
Here's what I have so far. Any critiques would be appreciated.

I'd suggest trying to keep your stone shapes convex. Extremely concave shapes like you have there are pretty uncommon.
