This week I've decided I should probably start learning Substance Designer and figured I might as well create every single texture in my scene with it and only use procedural textures. I'm brand new to Designer, before I would use traditional techniques such as photosourcing and mixing photos with modeled geometry to create normal maps and such, but I feel that it can be very limiting at times.
Throughout the whole process I plan on using Substance Designer, Substance Painter and 3ds Max for everything, I dont plan on touching photoshop for anything, so this will a new experience for me.

Ended up just making an arched doorjamb instead of attempting the curve.
Nice lighting and nice clean textures. Reads very well.
The scene looks great. I notice you did a parallax for the brick material, right?
I really like the contrasted lighting >>
Haha
Nice work so far dude! However old places like this I tend to feel like a lot of them have yellow lights instead of white, making em feel extra dingy.
