Substance Designer: Tile Sampler 'cuts off' my pattern

Hello, I'm running into a strange problem I can't seem to fix. Using a series of bitmaps running a randomizer utility I made, then running those through a tile sampler and then combining everything into a finale tile sampler. Here's a screenshot to better illustrate what's going on.



The problem is with the finale tile sampler, it takes the other tiles but sometimes it 'cuts' them off, as if they're not seamless images (they are, I checked). Here's an example of what I mean:


I can upload the .sbs if anyone needs a closer look. Thanks for any help on this, it's really stumping me :)
