Wacom intious pro: a supported tablet was not found

I just installed the newest driver and I keep getting a supported tablet was not found on the system, but when I put in my charger in everything works just fine. It's driving me nuts someone please help.

Did you uninstall the old driver first before installing the new one?  

Also I found this if you wanted to run through it for solutions.

There are 3 ways you can do to solve the wacom tablet driver not found issue.
1. You need check wacom professional service at first, make sure it is opening.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the wacom tablet driver.
3. Using an USB HUB device to connect the display or pen to computer.
