Female Warrior (WIP) Critique Request

Hi, Polycount Fam! Currently working on an illustration/study of a female warrior. I'm trying to emulate a style of an artist by the name of Leroy Van Vilet, https://www.artstation.com/artist/leroyvv
Although I'm not too successful with the emulation of the painting style, I am happy with the design of her overall archetype.
I'm pretty new to painting digitally, however, I have a very extensive traditional background.
