[Maya 2017] Odd normal mapping

It's very strange normal mapping in viewport Maya 2017. See picture below. I mean black lines on the mesh.
Tangent space normal is on in bump settings. In maya 2014/15 it is ok. Who can explain how to fix this problem?

I'm assuming you've split your UVs at hard edges . If so you want more padding between uv shells and/or more padding on your bake

is the color managemnt set to "raw" for the file node..?
standard will be sRGB...

And once you set it to raw, make sure you check "ignore color space file rules" and then hit reload.
