Hey, guys. I tried looking for a similar question out there, but I couldn't find anything too helpful.
Basically, I'm trying to create a small room in UE4 using non-modular architecture. The walls are all one piece while the floor and ceiling are separate. I usually work with modular pieces, so I'm not sure how to approach tiling

As you can see, the adjacent grid materials are misaligned

I'm not sure if that is a big deal, but I'm afraid it won't look right when I add a proper wall texture.
Here is a screenshot of the UV. (Tips on how to improve my UV layout also appreciated.)
Does this look like a UV problem? or is the tiling dealt with in the UE4 material editor? Any help is welcome.
