From add a new map dropdown, I have added anisotropic map to make the horizontal brushed effect to be circular, but I don't know what to do after that. (basically I want to texture car tyre brake which have the circular brushed effect in reality.)

You don't need an anisotropic map for that - normals will create a very similar effect. If you for some reason still need one, here's a thread on the subject:

I personally just use noise, filter it with radial blur, then convert that to normals using NDO.
