Can anyone recommend animated characters or low poly people to use with in unreal? I am new to UE and I have started to bring over my scenes from 3ds max but I want to add people to them. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
You can try Fuse(http://store.steampowered.com/app/257400/). Even if Adobe removed rigging support for UE at the end of the last year, you still can export default UE mannequin to 3ds max with it's skeleton, which you can use on Mixamo character. You need to skin your character and import it to UE. If you can find already rigged mixamo character with UE skeleton, you can simple copy weights on your own character.
Thanks for the info. I actually have been trying out Fuse and Mixamo but for some reason the model doesn't come into 3ds max that well, lot of flipped normals, the mesh seems a little weird.
