Bad uvs from Zbrush

Hi guys, I jut finnished modeling a character, but I took it to pose inside Zbrush transpose master, as it lost the uvs, I used Zbrush uvmaster to copy and past uvs from the originals to the posed. Everything seemed to be perfect, but, apparently, the uvs are broken, and I don't know how to fix it. I tried using weld in 3ds max, but the threshold is not small enoguh to protect the model.
What has worked the best so far has been using the sew tool in maya Uv editor, but it connects all the islands, so it's not ok at all. Can anyone tell me how can I fix them?
