Looking for creative illustrator for 3D RPG

Hello, I represent a new game studio currently developing a 3D RPG set in a specialized medieval era. Currently, we are looking for an artistic illustrator to create stylized things such as custom fonts, icons, and other similar things. We are unable to pay a standard wage until the Kickstarter completes, however, after that, we will, of course, pay royalties for pre-production work. More info will be given privately. Basic story:
This game is a 3D RPG set in a specialized medieval/dark age fantasy world. Players play as a specific character with the ability to customize the looks. Once the player begins the game, they will battle enemies, complete quests, and upgrade weapons/armor. There is, however, a cool twist. Cool, in both senses of the word. At the edge of the vast detailed world is a freezing cold blizzard storm known as the Frost. Essentially, the frost moves in over the course of in-game days, 1 day=24 minutes. The player eventually learns of the threat and must save the world.
If you stand in the frost for more than 30 seconds or so, you die.
