Hello and good day to you.

I'm looking for a general advice that would help me to improve my sculpting skills and make them work in tandem with drawing sills. (neither of those are too good by the way)

Examples:

Quick test:

Original sketch:

Hair is "sketched" with planes, face is sculpted using dyntopo.

Using reference:

Result:

The issue here is that I'm having trouble with modeling/sculpting part in general.

I think results ares ultimately not good, and I appear to be missing some knowledge on the matter
I'd like to know if there's a relatively efficient way to improve sculpting skills.

Basically, ideally I would like to be able to produce non-photo realistically rendered models/visuals similar to those displayed in few recent 3d anime movies, like Ajin, Sidonia no Kishi, etc.

Sample:

^^^ Basically, it is obviously a CG, and it doesn't go out of its way trying to look 2d, but it is stylized. I sorta like this visual style.

Any advice? Tutorials, some sort of exercises, etc.
