Hey Folks,
a few moths ago i started a 1911, but i never finished her. Well, in the last two days i tried to finish the HighPoly, its almost done. Here and there some small details and the magazine and that should be it.
The Handgrip Pattern and the Engraved Details will be done in nDo. Some details, for example the Bottom Part where the magazine comes in was referenced by an airsoft gun. I like it so, thats why i modeled it this way.

yeah it will take some time to bake and to texture the pistol, cause i have parallel works on my indie game.
small Update on my 1911.
The back of the slide is now rounded, before it was more cornered.
Also the hammer and the gap where the hammer goes in was to wide. I made it thinner. Thanks Pedro for the critique! Helped me to improve dat model!
Also changed a lot of the internals just to make it possible to animate the gun later.
