Hey
I decided I need something other than guns for my portfolio so here it is: a tank. Right now I'm adding small parts. The only bigger parts missing are: treads ( 2 highpoly segments are ready, my computer just won't handle that much geo) and suspension.
After I finish highpoly in 3ds Max I will take this in parts to Zbrush, add surface noise, damages, welds, and boolean stuff (wheels for example). Then I will go back to original geometry and make nice lowpoly. Tank will be textured in Substance Painter/Designer.
Feel free to comment, I would love to know some other people opinions on that.
Have a nice day/night !

I finished most of highpoly (few things will be added, like jerry cans, steel ropes etc.) and started low poly. Fortunately I've got my base topology, so low poly will be much faster than hp. It took so long because I was building new pc (finally), so I've got like a 1,5 week break while I waited for it to arrive. And there was no point in torturing my laptop with more and more geo in Zbrush
Okay, so this is decimated geometry from Zbrush, ~40 M polygons (only tracks are lowpoly just to decrease polycount).
