Hey, what stage are you at with this? Right now, in the top image especially, it looks like you only have a diffuse and emissive map applied. It also looks like you have some smoothing group issues in places. Presentation wise, I feel like your platform is what is actually drawing the eye, which is not what you want. The reason for this is because the platform has the highest concentration of bright values. The fact that everything else in the image is quite dark is compounding the imbalance.
Given that your model is dark, try killing the background box completely in place of a lighter hue/value, so that your model pops out. Secondly, tone down the emissive values on your platform enough that it falls into the background. It should help ground your model, and maybe give some context. It shouldn't be the thing my eyes notice first. The bloom may be a little intense, but I don't mind it. Once you get your emissive values sorted out, it should mostly fix itself.
