YAGER seeks the talents of a
passionate Release Manager for its current AAA F2P project Dreadnought (www.playdreadnought.com).
As a Release Manager you will be
coordinating YAGER’s product releases, working closely with various teams to
understand the current status and potential impacts given to a release and
working with Production to ensure that the product meets its targeted street
date.
You will work with an international team of highly
experienced and talented developers that are passionate about their work. If you

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all
release activities
- Work closely with
Production to determine requirements and scope of upcoming releases
- Prepare and submit all
technical and release documentation for the publisher
- Monitor and measure
progress to ensure that features are released on time and meet quality
requirements
- Work closely with
engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
- Manage risks and
resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality of the release
- Evangelize and develop a “Release” culture at YAGER
- Facilitate
collaboration between development and operations in order to ensure an
uninterrupted live service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of release or
project management experience in game development
- Experience with GaaS or
SaaS environments
- Demonstrated effective
leadership and analytical skills
- Understanding of and
experience with all areas of game testing
- Strong verbal and
written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of
Perforce
- Proficiency with JIRA
- Ability to work
effectively in a technically complex and agile environment
- Passionate about
videogames
Desirable skills
- Experience with the
Unreal Engine
