need help finding a starting point

Does anyone know were i can get tutorials on game design I'm broke so i cant pay for the online programs an I'm looking to get in the video game industry but i don't where to begin i have ZERO knowledge but i love video games and im looking for a career that i can be passionate towards please help i need a starting point.

What part of game development are you interested in? you said you are looking for game design tutorials, do you mean designer as in artist? or as the story/mechanics/level designer?
