First of all thank you for taking the time to view this. I'm currently working on a personal project making a character that's supposed to be like a fantasy vagabond wizard. One of the pieces of clothing I modeled for him is supposed to be a chainmail shirt. Right now it looks like a regular shirt, but I want to sculpt the chainmail detail in Mudbox through a stencil, I was wondering whether there was a way to apply a stencil or stamp to the mesh evenly all at once to try and avoid overlapping the stencil/stamp? I saw a video that showed a feature in Zbrush that applied a texture to a mesh at once without having to paint in. Is there something similar in Mudbox?
