I'd stabilize the arms more, they are meant to aim and shoot at stuff, most likely while moving. The shoulders would have some overlapping motion, but would decrease as you progress to the muzzle where it should be pretty rock solid. The legs look believable, I think the torso motion is little too much. The pieces hanging off the shoulders are as one would expect. Hey man, like Hito said I think the arms need to be a little more stable. I'd have the legs doing most of the work and the torso / arms just having some bounce and overlap.
Have a look at your curves, especially on the torso vertical motion. They don't seem smooth at the moment.
Be careful of twinning happening on the arms. I know it's a mech but I'd offset the arm bounce a little and have it heavier on the side of the foot plant. So when the left foot plants the left arm would have a slightly heavier bounce than the right, and vice versa.
The legs are looking good so just focus on the upper half of the body for now.
I appreciate the advice guys I have some free time off work tomorrow so I'll try my best to make it look better. I really appreciate the critiques. I'll post an updated version hopefully tomorrow or asap and hopefully it'll be better.
