Multi-user 3d programs?

I'd like to do some scene blockouts with a remote person. Does anyone know of anything? Something like Sketchup + Minecraft would be amazing.

you could use the cloud feature from maya and instance a file into an other...
this wont be a live connection but you could update it every 10min or so...
