Basically, every time I click on the LMB, it draws a line all the way up and to the left off screen... I've never seen this before, but I haven't used NDO in a little bit.

This is caused by 3DO being open. It's been fixed in the 2.3 pre-release, which should be out soon. In the meantime, closing 3DO before painting should fix this problem for you.

Perhaps it's incorrect in this situation, but the general bug you're experiencing is directly related to 3DO being open. Try closing SUITE and Photoshop and reopen SUITE afterward, then try painting again. If that doesn't fix it, my first suggestion would be a clean install. If it still persists, uninstall and try painting - if it persists then, it's something on your machine.
